Pay and Benefits: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour. Paid training and industry certifications; Company uniforms. Electronic work orders and GPS navigation for appointments; Top-of-the-line tools and equipment; Company events like quarterly breakfasts and lunches, year-end parties, and more. Please note that if winter work is performed, it could pay at an elevated rate.
Hours: This is a seasonal full-time plus position, and hours of work and days COULD be scheduled anytime between 6:45am – 7:00pm depending on business needs, Monday through Sunday. Your availability for possible work hours must reflect that. Also, this is not a guarantee of any number of hours a week and is also dependent upon business needs.
Location and Travel: This job operates in at various job sites.

Job Summary
The Mowing Crew Member role involves assisting in various tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and other landscaping or lawn care activities, etc. This position is responsible for contributing to the completion of projects within the allocated time and budget.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Assist in a variety of lawn care tasks including but not limited to mowing, trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, etc.
- Contribute to the timely and cost-effective completion of mowing projects
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project execution
- Maintain high standards of lawn maintenance to meet customer requirements
- Participate in training activities to enhance skills and support team development
- Ensure proper use of maintenance and landscaping tools and equipment
- No scheduling conflicts must be able to work up to 65 hours per week if needed
- 100% attendance is CRUCIAL
- Positive attitude and work ethic
- Understanding of physical labor
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Collaborates and works with Office, staff, and other Field Production Supervisor to ensure customer, employees, and job site needs and quality are met
- Communicates with truck and shop mechanics
- Creates systems and processes to increase efficiency
- Complies with all SOP’s regarding assigned position
Required Education and Licenses
- Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured on company policy
Required Work Experience and Skills
- Knowledge of tools and equipment used in landscaping
- Ability to provide clear written and verbal instructions
- One year in a Leadership Role with industry experience
- One year of hands-on experience in the industry
- Self-motivated, well organized, and professional
- Collaboration experience but comfortable working alone or without supervision for extended periods of time
- Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, small engine equipment, heavy equipment, and materials as needed
- Demonstrated Problem Solving/Analysis skills
- Excellent Customer Service and Client Focus
- Ability to maintain composure and keep a positive, friendly attitude
