Dream Greener Lawn & Landscape is seeking dedicated and skilled Mowing Crew Members to join our professional outdoor services team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for completing lawn care tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, leaf cleanup, and other landscaping duties. This position is critical to ensuring our clients’ properties look exceptional while staying on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
As a Mowing Crew Member, your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Performing lawn care duties such as mowing, trimming, blowing, edging, and leaf cleanups.
- Ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of mowing and landscaping projects.
- Collaborating with team members to maintain an efficient workflow and exceed client expectations.
- Maintaining the highest standards of lawn care to satisfy customer requirements.
- Taking part in training programs to improve skills and assist in team development.
- Properly using and maintaining landscaping tools and equipment, including self-propelled Exmark mowers, line trimmers, and blowers.
- Communicating with truck and shop mechanics to meet maintenance and operational standards.
- Complying with all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) regarding safety, workflow, and quality control.
- Working under the Field Maintenance Manager to maintain a consistent, safe, and efficient work environment.
Work Requirements
- Availability: Must be available to work up to 60 hours per week during busy periods, including Saturdays as needed. Attendance is crucial for this role.
- Physical Fitness:
- Must be capable of performing labor-intensive tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Positive Attitude and ability to take initiative to meet project deadlines.
- Safety-Minded: Understanding of safety protocols for using landscaping tools and machinery.
- Problem Solving and Teamwork: Ability to troubleshoot equipment and collaborate productively with others.
Required Education and Licenses
- Valid Driver’s License with ability to meet company insurance requirements.
Preferred Work Experience and Skills
- One year of hands-on landscaping experience.
- Knowledge and operational skills with walk-behind/self-propelled Exmark mowers, line trimmers, blowers, and small engine equipment.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and professional.
- Experience in both collaborative team settings and working alone without supervision.
- Demonstrated skills in problem-solving, analysis, and customer service while maintaining a positive, friendly demeanor.
Pay and Benefits
Hourly Rate:
- $18.00–$20.00/hour, dependent on experience.

Work Hours
- Seasonal Full-Time:
- Workdays and hours may fall between 6:45 AM–5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, depending on business needs.
- Actual hours per week are dependent on seasonal demands for landscaping services.
