Dream Greener Lawn & Landscape ("Dream Greener," "we," "us," "our") provides lawn care, landscaping, and grounds maintenance services. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
It covers visitors to dreamgreener.com and our customers.
Information we collect
Information you give us directly. When you request an estimate, sign up for service, or contact us:
- Name, mailing address, and service property address
- Email address and phone numbers, including mobile
- Details about your property and the services you want
- How you heard about us
- Billing information and payment details
- Notes from conversations with our office or crews about your service
Information we collect automatically on our website. Standard web server logs, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring page. We also use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising, described in the next section.
Information from service delivery. Visit dates and times, work performed, crew notes, property condition observations, and photographs taken at your property in the course of providing service.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We use Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors find and use our website: which pages are viewed, how long visits last, and which sources send us traffic.
We use the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure the performance of our advertising and to show our ads to people who have visited our website. This means Meta may recognize your visit to our site and use it to decide which ads you see on Facebook and Instagram.
You can control this in several ways:
- Adjust your ad settings with Google and Meta
- Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings
Blocking cookies may affect how parts of our website work.
How we use your information
- To provide, schedule, and perform the services you have requested
- To communicate with you about your service: visit confirmations, reminders, weather-related rescheduling, completion notices, and follow-up
- To prepare estimates and proposals, and to bill and collect payment
- To respond to your questions and service requests
- To maintain records of work performed at your property
- To send you seasonal tips, promotions, and advice by email, if you have asked to receive them
- To measure and improve our advertising and our website
- To comply with law and to establish or defend legal claims
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with companies that help us run the business, and only so they can do that work for us:
- Our field service software provider, which holds scheduling, work orders, and customer records
- Our customer communications provider, which sends our service emails and text messages
- Our payment processor, which handles billing and payment details
- Our website, analytics, and advertising providers, as described above
- Our professional advisors, such as our accountant, where they need it
These companies are contractually limited to using your information to provide services to us.
When our staff use our communications provider's built-in help assistant to look up questions about your account, the records needed to answer may be processed by its AI service provider, which is contractually barred from using your information to train AI models or for any purpose of its own.
We also share information when required by law, in response to lawful requests from public authorities, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Dream Greener, our customers, or the public.
How long we keep it
We keep customer records for as long as you are a customer, and afterwards for as long as we need them for business, tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Message delivery records held by our communications provider are retained on a defined schedule and then deleted.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls on our systems and encrypted connections to our website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Text messaging
By checking the text message box on our forms, or by giving your mobile number to our office and asking for text updates, you agree to receive text messages from us about your service: scheduled visit confirmations, reminders, weather rescheduling notices, service completion updates, and account notices.
Message frequency varies with your service schedule. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@dreamgreener.com or (412) 835-1035.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except with vendors and service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

We send service-related email about your scheduled visits, completed work, proposals, and account.
Separately, if you have asked for them, we send seasonal lawn care tips, promotions, and advice. Every email includes an unsubscribe link and a preferences page where you can stop promotional email while continuing to receive messages about your service.
Stopping service-related email may mean you no longer receive visit notices or completion reports.
Your choices
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message.
- Promotional email: use the unsubscribe link or the preferences page in any email.
- Advertising and analytics: see the cookies section above.
- Access and correction: contact us to see or correct the information we hold about you.
- Deletion: contact us to request deletion. We may need to keep some records for tax, accounting, or legal reasons.
Children
Our services and website are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. Material changes will be communicated to active customers.
