Text Message Terms

About our text messages
Dream Greener Lawn & Landscape sends text messages to customers about their service. These include scheduled visit confirmations, reminders ahead of a visit, weather-related rescheduling notices, service completion updates, and account notices.
We send service messages only. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.
How you sign up
You can sign up for text messages in either of two ways:
- On our website. Check the text message box on our estimate request form at dreamgreener.com/contact and provide your mobile number.
- With our office. Give your mobile number to our team when you set up or manage your service and tell us you would like text updates.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You can have service with us without receiving texts.
If you are already a customer and would rather not receive texts, reply STOP to any message or call our office and we will turn them off.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your service schedule. A typical service visit generates one to three messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Dream Greener does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message from us to stop receiving texts. We also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT.
You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further texts.
Stopping texts does not cancel your service and does not stop email. If you want to stop email as well, use the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.
How to start again
Reply START to resume text messages, or contact our office and we will turn them back on.

Your privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except with vendors and service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messages.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
