Job Summary
As a Seasonal Snow Plow Driver / Crew Member, your responsibilities include:
- Driving truck equipped plow and mounted salter assigned businesses and homes.
- Operating snow removal equipment efficiently and safely.
- Loading and unloading materials in preparation for snow removal tasks.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Valid PA Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Experience with plowing and truck-mounted salting operations (required).
- Ability to work both independently or as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges on the job.
- Capacity to lift 50+ pounds repetitively and work long shifts.
- Operation of small engine machines and other equipment as needed.
- 100% reliability is critical, with full attendance required during snow events.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
- Perform physical labor such as bending, kneeling, lifting, and digging.
- Capability to work in harsh winter conditions, including snow, ice, wind, and freezing temperatures.
- Ability to focus for extended periods in demanding environments.
- Must perform responsibilities without accommodations due to physical nature of the role.
Required Education & Licenses
- Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured on the company’s policy.
Required Work Skills
- Proficiency with smart devices (for navigation and communication).
