How To Prepare For Dream Greener Service Visits
To ensure the safety and efficiency of our services, please adhere to the following guidelines before each Dream Greener service visit:
- Keep Persons, Pets, and Personal Property Indoors: Ensure that all individuals, pets, and personal belongings remain indoors while Dream Greener is on your property. This applies even if the service area is not directly around the location of our work. No outdoor area, whether gated or locked, can be considered safe or secure from potential injury or harm during our service.
- Remove All Pet and Animal Waste: For the health and safety of our personnel and the well-being of your plants, shrubs, and grasses, please clear all pet and animal waste from your property. Animal feces and urine can transmit parasites, diseases, and infections, and can damage or discolor your lawn and plants. Our field crews are instructed to postpone and reschedule services if animal waste is present.
- Mark and Protect Objects and Obstacles: Fully bury or clearly mark, stake, and protect any objects, obstacles, or equipment that:
- Protrude from surfaces.
- Are or may be concealed by ground or weather conditions (e.g., water shut-offs, electrical boxes, sewer vents, hydrants).
- Are part of the lawn or landscape, whether above-ground or underground (e.g., invisible fences, utility cables/wires/pipes, irrigation or sprinkler components/heads/lines).
This is to prevent damage or injury to property or persons.
- Communicate Property Details: Provide accurate information regarding property lines, easements, ownership, and conditions of the property. Dream Greener will rely solely on the information you provide.
If you are unable to perform these preparations, please inform your assigned Account Manager. Alternatively, you can request Dream Greener to handle these tasks at your expense and direction.
The purpose of these preparations is to protect all persons, pets, and property from injury, damage, and cleanups resulting from undisclosed, unknown, unseen, unsafe, hazardous, or dangerous conditions on your property. This enables Dream Greener to provide services safely, efficiently, and effectively.

Lawn Renovation & Installation Warranty
Dream Greener Lawn & Landscape, LLC brings years of professional experience and knowledge to your property and to every property it serves.
From our suggestions on seed and sod selections, to installation best practices, instructions to you for your lawn and plant health care, to our follow-up visits and service, you receive, and benefit from, best practices, personnel, and products!
Ultimately, the care of your grounds is a partnership. Dream Greener and you each have responsibilities. We highly recommend our lawn health and mowing programs. These programs include proper mowing and leaf management practices and care. Soil health treatment, fertilizer, weed and disease control and treatment.
Proper watering, fertilization, pest, and wildlife management practices each have a significant and cumulative impact on the health of your lawn — in addition to the quality, content, and conditions of, in, around, and below the soil as well as acts of nature and other events and circumstances beyond our control, for which no reasonable measures taken will prevent or control. As a consequence, we offer limited warranties under very specific conditions, presented below.
For your reference, this document provides our policies, procedures, and specific warranties:
LAWN SEEDING AND LAWN INSTALLATION
Lawn Repairs and Seeding (excluding aeration and overseeding):
Limited Warranty for New Seeding: *
The Limited Warranty period is six (6) weeks from the completion of the initial seeding installation. Seed germination occurs between Week 2 and Week 3, depending on the seed variety and the client following the proper cultural practices. If you notice areas where grass seed has not germinated after Week 3, please contact us as soon as possible, well before the end of Week 6, to schedule additional seeding to those areas. After our follow-up service, your new grass should be at maturity by the end of Week 6, the conclusion of the limited warranty period.
NEW LAWN OR SOD INSTALLATION
Limited Warranty for New Lawn Installation: *
The Limited Warranty period is six (6) weeks from the completion of the lawn hydroseeding and sod installation. Root establishment occurs between Week 2 and Week 3, depending on the seed variety and the client following the proper cultural practices. If you notice areas where the roots have not established after Week 3, please contact us as soon as possible, well before the end of Week 6, to schedule additional service to those areas. After our follow-up service, your lawn/sod should be well-rooted, established, and mature by the end of Week 6, the conclusion of the limited warranty period.
Any areas where growth has not occurred, after the limited warranty period, is likely to be evidence of a different problem or issue related to other ground or ecological conditions, unrelated to the lawn/sod installation process.
Tree & Shrub Warranty

From our suggestions on plant and seed selections, to installation, to our instructions to you for your lawn and plant health care, to our follow-up visits and service, you receive, and benefit from, best practices, personnel, and products!
Ultimately, the care of your grounds is a partnership. Dream Greener and you each have responsibilities. We highly recommend our tree and shrub health program. Service includes liquid and granular fertilizer injections, disease and insect motoring and treatment.
Proper watering, trimming and pruning, fertilizer, pest and disease programs each have a significant and cumulative impact on the health of your grounds — in addition to the quality, content, and conditions of and in and below the soil as well as acts of nature and other events and circumstances beyond our control, for which no reasonable measures taken will prevent or control.
WARRANTY FOR TREES AND SHRUBS
All trees and shrubs that we source, deliver, and install, One (1) year from the installation date. If the tree or shrub dies within that year, a replacement of equal value will be installed. We do not offer a guarantee on annuals, perennials, or ground covers.
*The Warranty does not cover the following categories of occurrences:
- Acts of nature (including, but not limited to, weather conditions, hurricanes, lightning, heavy rains, washouts, ponding and pooling of water, etc.)
- The quality, content, and conditions of, in, around, and below the soil (including, but not limited to, clay, rocks, microbes, pathogens, etc.)
- Events or circumstances beyond our control (including, but not limited to, improper care or damage by humans, pets, pests, or wildlife).
Lawn Mowing Policy
Dream Greener Lawn & Landscape Mowing Best Practices, Policies, and Guidelines
Dream Greener is committed to establishing, enhancing, and maintaining the health and appearance of your grounds reliably and responsibly. Our annual mowing service provides consistent, high-quality care throughout the mowing season.
Annual Mowing Service Fee: Your annual fee reflects our commitment to weekly service throughout the mowing season and considers your property's size, topography, obstacles, and special needs. During each visit, our crews assess your turf's health, reporting findings and suggesting solutions. Please note: we do not reduce the annual mowing fee for missed service visits due to weather, road closures, or exterior home remodeling projects.
Mowing Best Practices:
Consistent Height: We maintain a consistent mowing height, generally around three inches (depending on grass type, growth rate, and fertilization), never removing more than one-third of the grass blade at a time. This promotes deep root growth, making your lawn more resistant to weeds, disease, drought, and heat stress.
Clipping Management: Depending on weather conditions, we either mulch or bag grass clippings. When mulching, we return nutrients to the soil, reducing the need for fertilizer. Our mulching mowers minimize clipping spread into landscape beds. If conditions require, we will bag clippings to maintain a clean appearance and prevent thatch buildup.
Adaptive Mowing: Weather, ground conditions, and growth rates may necessitate adjustments to mowing height, area, or frequency to prevent lawn damage and promote healthy growth.

Invisible Fence Policy
Invisible Dog Fence on Client’s Property: It’s Your Responsibility; Please Mark with Flags.
Clients are responsible for marking the invisible dog fence throughout the property PRIOR to Dream Greener crews providing any service to your property that would break the fence line, such as shovel edging, sod cutting and/or aeration services.
Dream Greener crews are NOT responsible for repairing (or paying for the repair) of any broken lines.
In most cases, the company who installed/maintains your fence will happily supply you with flags to properly mark the fence throughout your property.
Even when the best practices are performed, a lawn may have poor health if over- or under- or improperly mowed. Learn about proper mowing by asking the Dream Greener specialist.
