Sales Goals
- Achieve a sales goal of $1.6 million for 2026. For inquiries related to enhancement and construction jobs exceeding $10,000, these will be reassigned to the landscape design team. All maintenance inquiries will be the responsibility of the maintenance account managers, and any enhancement job beyond their scope will be assigned to the designers.
New Business and Legacy Client Management
- Identify, cultivate, and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients.
Proposal Creation
- Create and present lawn and landscape maintenance proposals upon request, ensuring completion within 48 hours or less of client inquiry.
Client Concerns
- Address and respond promptly to client concerns, proactively escalating and coordinating with operations for resolution as needed.
Communication Excellence
- Exhibit strong follow-through and impressive communication skills, both verbal and written, ensuring client satisfaction and operational clarity.
Monitor Installations and Services
- Oversee enhancement installations and maintenance services provided by the team to ensure quality and adherence to client expectations.
Measurements and Renewals
- Measure properties and aid with customer maintenance contract renewals to sustain a long-term client base.
Crew Coordination
- Work closely with the management team to confirm that all tasks are completed accurately and meet prescribed quality standards.
Professional Representation
- Act as a professional representative of the company, exhibiting courtesy and reinforcing the company’s reputation in all client and community interactions.
