Sales Goal

  • Achieve a sales goal of $1.2 million for 2026.

Project Design and Sales

  • Design and sell residential or commercial landscape projects, including outdoor living areas, softscapes, hardscapes, ponds, and lighting systems, to builders, developers, homeowners, and small business owners.

Customer Consultations and Site Assessments

  • Conduct onsite consultations and site inspections to gather requirements and assess soil type, slope, drainage, exposure, and the impact of existing structures or utilities on project development.

Proposal Preparation and Tracking

  • Prepare and present professional proposals that align with company margins, and maintain all proposals in progress while following up to maximize sales opportunities.

Margin and Cost Control

  • Ensure work is sold within approved margin guidelines to achieve targeted job costs and desired profit margins.

Inquiry Responses

  • Respond promptly to all inquiries and bid requests.

Project Management and Client Collaboration

  • Manage projects to meet desired outcomes, ensure client satisfaction, and collaborate with clients and teams for successful project completion.

Crew Oversight and Supervision

  • Supervise job site crews to ensure proper execution from start to finish.

Material Coordination and Budget Tracking

  • Order and schedule materials for delivery, track their usage, and monitor labor and costs to keep projects within budget.

Leadership and Team Collaboration

  • Provide leadership and coordinate with on-site staff, subcontractors, and office teams to maintain quality and customer satisfaction.

Progress Monitoring and Deadline Management

  • Review project progress regularly to ensure deadlines are consistently met.

Complaint Resolution

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly.

Meetings

  • Attend weekly management meetings to review project progress and schedules.

Asset Reporting and SOP Compliance

  • Report any damage to company assets promptly and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Maintenance and Enhancement Job Management

  • Assign maintenance inquiries to maintenance account managers and manage enhancement jobs that exceed their scope.
