Client feedback is helpful to us in evaluating and improving our snow clearing and anti-snow/ice surface treatment services and, so, is ultimately helpful to our clients.
As you mentioned, our annual snow service agreements call for us to provide you, and each of our clients, our snow services upon the accumulation of one inch (1″) of snow in our service area – as determined by The National Weather Service (NWS).
The snow accumulation at any particular property will be affected by the property’s ground and ambient temperatures, by the topography, by the winds, and by other elements present at and/or specific to that property.
An equally and, perhaps, more important part of our snow services is the application of our premium calcium blend anti-snow/ice surface treatment on your designated hardsurfaces (e.g. sidewalks, steps, and driveways) — it dissolves the existing snow and ice and helps prevent or delay subsequent formations of ice that pose harm.
While you may not have observed the trigger-point amount of snow accumulation at your property, even a snow dusting will cover the icey, slippery conditions that were present on your hardscape surfaces and were treated that day.
As you can understand, our standard snow services guidelines and systems are applicable to, and are uniformly applied to, all of our clients and clients’ properties in our service area, thereby enabling us to provide value, reliable and timely service, and peace of mind to you and to all of our clients, efficiently and effectively.
In addition, in advance of each expected snow event/snow services visit, we advise each client, by email, of the upcoming snow event and confirm that we will be visiting your property to provide you with snow clearing and anti-snow/ice surface treatment services for the snow event, according to the terms and conditions of our agreement with you.
All of that said, we appreciate your patronage and your communication with us. As a courtesy, in this instance, we will provide your next snow clearing at no cost to you.
