Health and Safety Preparations #
- Keep all persons, pets, and personal property indoors while Dream Greener is on your property.
- Unlock gates and move vehicles from working areas to ensure access and safety.
- Remove all pet waste from lawn areas.
- Fully bury and/or clearly mark, stake, and/or protect any objects, obstacles, obstructions,and/or equipment that:
- Protrude from surfaces.
- Are or will be concealed amidst the property or near service areas (e.g, water shut-offs, electrical boxes, sewer vents, hydrants).
- Are part of the lawn and/or landscape, whether above-ground or underground (e.g., invisible fences, utility cables/wires/irrigation or sprinkler components/heads/lines).
Communicate Property Information #
- Provide accurate information regarding property lines, easements, ownership, and conditions of the property.
- Inform Dream Greener of any issues or concerns related to neighboring properties that may affect the service.
Additional Notes #
- If you are unable to perform these preparations, please advise and/or request assistance from your original third-party vendor/provider or request that Dream Greener do so at your expense and direction.
- The purpose of these preparations is to protect all persons, pets, and property from injury, damage, and/or cleanups related to undisclosed, unknown, unseen, unsafe, hazardous, and/or dangerous conditions on your property.
- These steps enable Dream Greener to provide services safely, efficiently, and effectively.
