• Step #1 On-Site Visit: On of our Account Managers will meet with you at your home to discuss your needs.
• Step #2 Comprehensive Grounds Analysis: While on-site we’ll complete a detailed lawn and landscape analysis.
• Step #3 Report: We’ll email you a copy of the detailed report outlining our walkthrough.
• Step #4 Agreement: Our contract includes an in-depth explanation of services with associated costs.
• Step #5 Immediate Start: Maintenance services with begin within 1-2 weeks. *Review our booking schedule on Monday’s prior to giving a time frame.

Our Proven Planning, Design and Installation Process #

• • • Step #1: Complete Questionnaire
      In less than 10 minutes, you can answer a few questions (and even upload a few photos, house plans, surveys, etc.) to help us understand your challenges, aspirations, and preferences.
    • Step #2: Schedule An In-Person Dream Greener Consultation
      It’s time to walk through your outdoor space, listen to your needs, and gather more information about your likes and dislikes. Our initial on-site consultation costs $79.00 (non-refundable).
    • Step #3: Design Agreement
      Within 24 hours of your consultation, we’ll electronically send you your design agreement. The pricing is a flat rate based on your existing site and the complexity of the design. Simple designs range from $750.00 to $1000.00+, while full site plans and designs range from $1000.00 to $2000.00+. The design phase will begin once we receive your signed agreement and deposit, both of which can be done online. If your project doesn’t require a design, you’ll receive an estimate within one week of your consultation.
    • Step #4: Enter The Design Phase
      Our design support staff will measure and evaluate the site and will reach out to you to arrange the best time to do this. They’ll pass the information to our designers, who will begin working on your design. For larger projects, the designer may be in touch throughout the process to get feedback on the concepts. You’ll receive the final concept for review before we estimate the cost of the project.
    • Step #5: Attend The Dream Greener Presentation
      It’s exciting to see your ideas come to life! You’ll have all the details you need to envision the completed project, including plant photos and more. The Construction Agreement will be created once the design is approved. It will be customized for your property, and we aim to be as detailed as possible, allowing us to offer an accurate estimate.
    • Step #6: Sign the Construction Agreement and Make Initial Deposit
      After finalizing the scope of the work, you can electronically sign the agreement and make the initial deposit. Project financing options are available.
    • Step #7: Project Launch
      We’ll touch base with you the week before your start date, and your Account Manager will introduce the Crew Supervisor upon arrival. Dream Greener will coordinate everything—you can simply sit back, relax, and await the completion of your revamped outdoor space!
    • Step #8: Final Walk-Through
      Your satisfaction is our priority! Our Crew Supervisor and/or Account Manager will walk through the project with you (if you’re available) before we leave the site. If there are any issues, we’ll take the time to address them. We’ll kindly ask for a 5-star online review and for you to refer us to your neighbors, friends, and family.
    • Step #9: Follow-up Inspection from Our Arborist
      4-6 weeks after the completion of the project, we’ll schedule a complimentary walkthrough with our experienced arborist to ensure your lawn and/or plants are receiving proper care. At that time, we’ll provide recommendations for ongoing lawn and plant health care services.
