Before we undertake the re-writing of the proposal with the break-out items you have requested, we assure you that the fee quoted in the existing proposal represents the best value for the services you requested—substantially lower than the total fees for the services were they broken out individually!
This paradox is largely a result of two primary, key factors related to time:
- Significant amount of time preparing and reviewing the proposal and the specific calculations for each component of each project (measurement, design, material selection, pick-up, delivery, labor, etc.)
- Each individual project will be calculated and priced as a separate project day (for travel, pick-up, set-up, delivery, work, clean-up, etc.)
If you still wish to receive a revised proposal with the break-out items you have requested, please understand that your proposal and your service will be delayed, and you will be forgoing very significant savings!
The existing proposal was planned and calculated to most efficiently and effectively provide you with the best combination of quality of service and value!
