  • Ensure that no clippings are blown into mulch beds, against structures, or onto rock features, pools, or other hard surface areas to maintain a neat appearance.

Equipment Rotation #

  • Check that mowing teams are adhering to the equipment rotation schedule to ensure consistent performance and reduce wear on machinery.

Customer Engagement #

  • When customers are present, seek their feedback to gauge satisfaction and address any immediate concerns they may have.

Property Security #

  • Confirm that all gates and access points are securely closed upon job completion to ensure that no animals escape and for the safety and security of the property.

Safety Compliance #

  • Ensure that all team members follow safety protocols rigorously during each mowing session to prevent accidents and uphold company standards.

BED WEEDING MAINTENANCE INSPECTIONS #

Thorough Weed Removal

  • Check that weeds have been completely removed from contracted areas, paying close attention to root extraction to minimize regrowth.

Mulch and Stone Care

  • Assess mulch and stone coverings for even distribution and smoothness, correcting any disruptions caused by foot traffic or weed removal work.

Issue Documentation

  • Instruct crew leaders to photograph any issues such as dead plants, erosion, or exposed weed barriers and upload them for the Account Manager to notify the customer and discuss remedial actions.
