OPENING RESPONSIBILITIES #

  • If you are the first to arrive secure the front entry gate.
  • Lobby doors unlock at 8:00am.
  • Turn on the music.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES #

  • Conduct daily meeting follow-ups with management.
  • Listen to and return voicemails.
  • Copy all “info” emails into the timelines.
  • Address info emails accordingly.
  • Enter web inquiries into the system and follow up with them.
  • Make phone calls/send text reminders to clients scheduled for the following day.
  • Send continuous update emails to the account manager (before lunch and before leaving for the day).

PROCESS WORK #

  • Scan receipts.
  • Enter custom fields.
  • Create procedures.
  • Close open tickets.
  • Close non active clients
  • Additional work may be assigned as needed.

CLOSING RESPONSIBILITIES #

  • Lock any sensitive information in your desk drawer.
  • Lock the computer screen.
  • Ensure the outside front door is locked (push on it).
  • Close the blinds.
  • Turn off the music.
  • Send your daily recap email to management.
  • If you are the last person here, close the front gate.
