Job Summary
Are you passionate about landscaping and construction? Join our team at Dream Greener as a Landscape Construction Crew Member, where you will help design, build, and maintain stunning outdoor spaces. This role focuses on tasks such as creating hardscapes, boulderscapes, lighting systems, turf installations, water features, as well as planting and other landscaping duties. You’ll be an essential part of completing projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
As a Landscape Construction Crew Member, your duties will include:
- Assisting in landscape construction projects, such as building hardscapes, boulderscapes, lighting systems, turf installations, water features, and planting trees and shrubs.
- Applying mulch, installing stone, and performing other landscape maintenance activities.
- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project execution.
- Maintaining high standards of craftsmanship to meet project design and client expectations.
- Participating in training opportunities to enhance skills in landscape construction and support team development.
- Properly using and maintaining equipment such as hand tools, power tools, small engine equipment, and heavy machinery.
- Ensuring adherence to company safety standards and protocols under the supervision of the Field Production Supervisor.
- 100% attendance, punctuality, and the ability to work up to 60 hours per week during peak business periods.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with the ability to meet company insurance requirements.
- Hands-on experience: One year of experience in landscaping, construction, or a related field.
- Knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials used in landscape construction.
- Ability to provide clear verbal and written communication.
- Physical capability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

- Comfortable working independently without supervision for extended periods or collaboratively in a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address challenges on job sites.
- A positive attitude and a client-focused approach.
- The ablity to operate equiptment such as loaders, skid steers, excavators, tampers, hammers.
Pay and Benefits
Starting Hourly Pay:
- $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on experience.

Work Hours
- Seasonal Full-Time Plus Position:
- Monday through Saturday. Hours could fall between 6:45 AM and 5:30 PM, depending on business needs.
- Availability for extended hours and flexibility is required during busy periods.
- Hours per week may vary depending on project volume and seasonal demands.
