What You’ll Be Doing
We’re hiring Landscape Crew Members to install and maintain properties across the area. You’ll work with your hands, learn real trade skills, and leave every job looking better than you found it.
Maintenance and cleanup
- Shovel edging, weeding, raking, trimming, and removals
- Keeping properties to the standard the design calls for
Installation work
- Sod cutting, soil grading, seeding, and sodding
- Composting, planting, and boulder installation
Winter
- Snow and ice removal
- Other seasonal work as the calendar turns
Every day
- Working with your crew leader to keep the job moving
- Taking care of the tools and equipment you’re handed
- Flagging site issues to your supervisor before they become problems
- Working with our mechanics to keep trucks and equipment ready
- Following our SOPs and safety standards
The Schedule
Monday through Saturday, with hours that follow the season. Spring rush requires full availability
What You Need
- 1+ year of hands-on landscaping experience
- Valid driver’s license, insurable under our policy
- Able to obtain a DOT medical card (we cover the cost)
- Able to safely drive a truck and tow a trailer
- Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and small-engine equipment
- Able to work with minimal supervision once you know the job
- Able to lift 50+ pounds and bend, kneel, and dig through a full shift
- Willing to work outdoors in whatever the weather does
